Sweet tart Apricots are stoned and cooked with rich Muscovado sugar to create this lush caramelised jam. The texture is smooth and thick, as the apricots have been thoroughly cooked down. We love it on toast and on top of yoghurt with a sprinkling of seeds.
Ingredients: Apricots, unrefined cane sugar, muscovado sugar & lemon juice.
